Stress and coping may be the biggest hurdle you face in managing your diabetes, your weight and your health. To be honest, I am not an expert in stress management, and I admit, that I too often need help in this area. Therefore I felt it was beneficial to refer you to some resources by qualified mental health experts that have helped me tremendously. I highly encourage you to look further into these resources.
