Today, I am thrilled to share this post!

“According to the US academy of dieticians report, they now accept that 1. Cholesterol is not a nutrient of concern. 2 Saturated fat has been unfairly demonised and there is not one single trial that links saturated fat with cardiovascular disease. 3. No good science to recommend restricting salt. 4. carbs are worse than saturated fat and 5.
